We will Market your property on our own website www.hamiltons-estates.com and also the major property search websites such as www.rightmove.co.uk, but we have found we get the majority of our business from recommendation.

We offer three levels of service:

            Fully Managed – Where the landlord can forget about the property and leave everything up to us.  This service is ideal for new landlords or overseas landlords where lack of time or experience is a factor.  We have arranged with our fully referenced contractors a 24hour emergency callout should your tenants require assistance with your property outside of office hours and they will also take care of any maintenance issues all at discounted preferential rates.

            Rent collection – We set up the tenancy and manage the collection of rents, while all maintenance issues are still dealt with by the landlord.

            Tenant finding service – We will take care of all aspects of setting up a tenancy including professionally taken references.

 With all three services we make sure the tenancy runs smoothly from tenant evaluation to departure.
